How It All Started
Nigel's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 27 whilst living and working in New York City in the late '90s. Recognising an opportunity, he became an early founder of a company that created the world's first videoconferencing software – a groundbreaking technology that we now use every day. This early success fuelled Nigel's passion for technology and innovation.
Later, at the age of 32, Nigel's entrepreneurial spirit led him back to the UK, where he created the first robotic data centre in Brick Lane, London. This visionary venture catered to broadcasters and media companies as they migrated to digital. Nigel's ability to identify emerging trends and his forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in his entrepreneurial journey.
Today, Nigel continues to be passionate about early-stage technology and serves as a mentor and Non-Executive Director to founders of technology companies in various fields, including 3D Modelling, Virtual Reality, SaaS, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and is Chairman of a start-up venture revolutionising how we donate to charities. His expertise and guidance help these founders navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities presented by the rapidly evolving tech and business landscape.

He is extremely proud to be a listening volunteer for the charity, Samaritans, which he describes as the most humbling and rewarding experience of his life.
